Deposit of one night or 50% of stay;
Balance due on arrival.

Check - in 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
(special arrangements for late arrivals)

Check - out 11:00 a.m.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations are subject to a $50.00 bookkeeping fee per room.
Cancellations with less than 14 days notice forfeit original 50% deposit and will also be charged for the full reservation on their account.
You are always welcome to send a friend or family member in your place.

  • When you make a reservation, we reserve that room in your name for a specific time and it becomes unavailable to anyone else.
  • Please remember that cancellations have a great effect on our small business.
  • We require a 50 % deposit at the time of your reservation with the balance due on arrival.
  • We will refund your deposit less a $50 cancellation charge per room if you cancel more than 15 days prior to your arrival date.
  • Cancellations with less than 14 days noticed will be charged the full amount of that reserved stay.
